Burrclaw winced in pain, but quickly noticed a shot at Greyfur's soft belly, and tried to claw at it. I've got to make this count! I'm not going to Starclan labeled as a foolish coward!

Burrclaw had landed right on top of Greyfur and started clawing down her back, all the while yowling and caterwauling in rage. "You'll be good and dead before I get down from here! I may have just become a warrior, but I know when to throw around my size!"

Burrclaw was enraged. "I'll kill you Greyfur! Just you wait!" She ran at Greyfur with all her might. "You guys will never imprison us! You WILL die tonight, I'll make sure none of you live!" She stopped long enough to put all the force she gathered from running into a powerful leap, and lunged for Greyfur's face, ready to make a little masterpiece on this traitor.

Burrclaw had overheard the report to Mosstar, and was extremely worried. They've gotten bigger? I didn't think anyone else but the original 3 would join! They've come to ruin the gathering and recruit members! I just know it! she thought. She turned toward where the patrol had come running from, yowling and hissing like Blacknight himself was in front of her face.
"You won't ruin my first Gathering! I'll rip your face off, Blacknight, right here in Fourtrees itself! Try to kill me! I will NEVER join SnakeClan!"

Burrclaw eagerly anticipated her first gathering as a warrior. She impatiently watched Mosstar for the signal to descend upon the hollow, and it seemed like forever before she finally flicked her tail to say "Go ahead."

Well, don't make blackbird feel pressured. It is waxing now, so they've got a couple of days. If my calculations are correct (LOL)... they've got about 3-4 days, maybe even more. They can certainly get wrapped up by then.

I just checked all of the clans for how many cats. Only Ravenclan needs more cats. Or if there are enough and they just weren't posted, then we're good to go!

Gilly Mcgizzard, The magical lizard, Sat in the tree with pie.
He tries to jump down, lands on a clown, with a spike suit that takes out his eye.
Poor Gilly Mcgizzard, That magical lizard, Is now left without his right eye.
But the worst is to come, as Gilly thought glum, Gilly had forgotten his pie!

There once was a magical lizard, His name was Gilly McGizzard. He did a dance, and stepped on his pants, And down went that magical lizard.

They... are... beautiful! *shines golden light on URLs, turns on tape of angel chorus, sprinkles sparkles on the webpage* I like the Ninetales the best, but that's because Ninetails were always my favorite. I actually have successfully seperated myself from the games for... 3 years now. Its been a hard 3 years.

(just to keep up my activity... yawn. I just realized, Shineheart's got to be like, 4 or 5 years old now... She should become an elder soon. Anyone want to be her apprentice? She's gotta train one...) Shineheart padded around camp, enjoying the unusually uneventful quiet that had fallen upon the camp for the last hour or so. No cat was sick in her den or needing poppy seeds for an ache, she had stocked up enough herbs to seemingly last until next leaf-bare... "It's never this quiet, not lately...." Shineheart meowed, sighing as she plopped down under a shady, overhanging bush. "I can't remember a time this quiet since I was an apprentice, before SnakClan formed. I've missed the quiet for so long..." Shineheart smiled. She sounded like one of the wise elders, ranting and raving with the fine words of a storyteller. "I'm gonna be an elder myself in 2 or 3 years. I've still got to train an apprentice..." Shineheart sighed deeply. "I was hoping to train little Greykit, but of course he left. So did Mistypaw. She would have made a fine young medecine cat, so brave and intelligent..." Shineheart frowned a little bit, seeing how she was talking to herself. "And now I'm starting to think a cat is actually listening to me." Shineheart's frustrated frown grew a bit deeper as she got up and padded into her den. She needed time to think... alone. Shineheart desperately needs an apprentice... And you know what, she needs one soon, cuz she going loopy! (I'm kinda getting tired of being a medecine cat, so this is my idea to get her retired kinda, well... early. Her craziness will lead to her falling off a clearly defined cliff when her apprentice is fully trained.)

((Me is buzy this week... please excuse my absences. I apologize for inconveniencing my roleplaying community.))
((We're reading The Giver for this marking period, and every time we do something wrong our crazy student teacher makes us get up and apologize just like they do in the book. And our regular ELA teacher's perfect world is entirely made of sticky notes, just to give you an example of how crazy she is. o_0 ))

Shineheart had quickly stacked up the strewn leaves and roots of the fallen herbs, recovering from the encounter with her memories. With a small, nervous smile, she padded to the mouth of her den, seeing Crowfeather and Fireclaw talking. She quickly licked herself a few times and padded out amongst the other cat of her Clan, looking to get some fresh-kill and forget all that had just happened in her den.

((OOC: Yeah... Umm.. in the book Tigerstar had kits I think while he was deputy and he didn't get in trouble... but it must be in the code because this is the second roleplay where this problem got brought in and used.))
Shineheart padded up to congratulate Crowfeather for becoming deputy, but seeing him pad over to Sandfire, she smiled knowingly and padded back to her den. Looking at Clawkit, (as he seemed to now be known) she silently asked StarClan a simple question: Why an innocent kit? Why not a grown cat?
She didn't understand. All of the evil cats in the Clans had shown no sign of it until they had grown, so why did StarClan now decide to start anew with an innocent kit?
It's simple, dear Shineheart. It's a forbidden love. Shineheart almost spit fire as she heard these words. You know medecine cats aren't allowed to have kits, so just leave Barkheart alone.
Shineheart lost her temper at this. Slamming herself into the nearest wall, many herbs fell off of the natural shelves above. There was a soft noise as she hit the dirt wall of her den, but not enough for another cat to hear.
"Dear StarClan, what does this have to do with the innocent cats out there?! Why do you let her haunt me with her words?! Why do you let Stonefoot through?! You made her pay, the sister that betrayed me, yet you now make me pay by not just taking my love away, but letting that scrap of fur for a sister haunt me! She took Barkheart's love and led him to his doom... And you are paying me back by letting her haunt me." Shineheart whispered angrily.
((That right there was a hidden part of Shineheart's history. Shineheart did have a sister, and Shineheart had a hidden love for Barkheart that only Stonefoot knew of. Stonefoot had taken Barkheart out from under Shineheart's nose, and purposely led him to a wolf's den, a scent Barkheart did not recognize. Barkheart was killed, and Stonefoot died an unknown death later when she was banished from the Clan. She now every once in a while pops into the conscious world as a ghost, haunting Shineheart and then going back to her home in StarClan.))

"I wonder why StarClan has not shown me this..." Shineheart sadly meowed. "However, the same happened for Firestar and the medecine cats he's known, so through hearing the stories, I will believe your dreams. If what you say is true, Sandfire is in great danger, and if he will be focused on getting rid of her, she must be important to the Clan later on. We must do all we can to keep her safe when he is older."

"Of course," the medecine cat meowed. Turning to Sandfire, she meowed, "I'm sure he's okay, Sandfire. Why don't you step out for a bit, maybe relax?"

"It is." Shineheart purred. Just then Crowfeather had appeared in the doorway. He seemed very nervous...
"Crowfeather, what's wrong?" Shineheart meowed, alerted. For how long she had known the warrior, she knew he was not easily upset.
