Floodfire was stalking up on a scrawny vole that was scurrying around on the rock.... Floodfire crouched down ready to pounce when... " that's one lousy hunting techniqe," Meowed greywing right behind floodfire.... "ah," Meowed Floodfire as she fell short of her target as she watched the vole scamper off at the sound of greywing's voice....

"you made me miss," complained floodfire," now what will we have for food....." "you forgot that we have a den full of birds, mice, voles, and squirrels," Meowed greywing," well i'm leaving..." Floodfire rolled her eyes and muttered something to herseklf then continued hunting and went back to the camp with a small amount of fresh-kill....

Jasper exited his den after the cats left, Good thing they didn't scent me, thought Jasper. And he went up to sun.

Crowfeather twisted his paw in front of him, as he yawned. His ears flicked up as he heard something among the bushes in front of him. It was a squirrel! He got in a hunters position and monitored the ground for any twigs, he carefully moved upwards and with one swift blow of his paw, it was dead. He carried it over to Mosstar and set it on the ground. "Good catch for the mood im in!"

Hah! Young female...I am a male , he thought, Though I smell some fox, too . He was sitting in a tree listening to what they were talking about. A bird fluttered on to the branch and startled him..."AAH!", he yelled as he fell out of the tree.
